Yoga exercises increases flexibility, strength, circulation, and balance. The specific yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques in this class are designed to relieve the physical and emotional discomforts that occur during pregnancy. If you have a normal pregnancy, exercising helps prepare you for labor and delivery, quickens recovery and strengthens and tones muscles. Before beginning any prenatal fitness program, you must get the ok from your care provider.
You have the option to purchase a 1, 5 or 10 class punch pass on Eventbrite. Print and bring you Eventbrite receipt/ticket with you to your first night of class where your instructor will then exchange the receipt for a physical punch pass. Make sure you bring the punch pass with you to each class.
Punch passes are non-refundable. Punch passes are good one year from Eventbrite purchase date.
