This class offers step-by-step instruction to make healthy meals that not only look beautiful, but taste delicious. This is a hands on class. Students will be preparing dishes along with the instructor and will be able to taste and take home samples of the meals prepared during class.
Students will also learn how to use their new skills to make freezer meals, otherwise known as "meal prep" to save time and ensure you eat healthy meals in the most convenient way.
Class includes 3 hour instruction, all necessary food and supplies as well as a chef apron to wear during class and to take home.
*not required, but you may bring a bottle of wine or other beverage to enjoy or share with your classmates :)
