Description
This event is aimed at young people with SEND in year 8 and above, whether at school, home schooled or not in education or employment, and their families. It is seeks to:

Provide information to help you plan for and access routes to employment, independent living, good health and community inclusion – whatever is right for you

Let you hear success stories from young people and their families – their schools/colleges/ employers

Provide information on changes in approach - Preparing for Adulthood - in education, social care, accommodation, health and community services in Surrey

Let you talk to further education colleges, agencies, and providers of services at a large market place
- Provide something for all of the family - face painting, nail treatments, drama and music and more!
