The Prepared Childbirth Classes help expectant parents understand the entire birth process including coping with third trimester discomforts; how to know when you are in labor; stages of labor; breathing and relaxation techniques as well as other options for pain relief, and how to care for yourself postpartum. An OB Tour will be included in the class so you do not need to sign up for an additional tour.
