Momasphere is thrilled to offer an amazing opportunity to go behind the scenes at Melt and learn from a true master. New Zealand born and bred Chef Marko will share his secrets for the perfectly braised lamb shank, delectable herbed polenta and exquisitely charred asparagus. Wine will be matched with the relaxed meal that follows the class. You will walk away with a great taste in your mouth, new cooking skills and recipes for all dishes made and served.
