Come join Rebecca Greiner, RYT-200 for an informative and restorative prenatal yoga & essential oils workshop. Class will begin with discussion regarding basic guidelines to follow during pregnancy. Following this discussion, you will be led through a gentle, mindful prenatal yoga practice. You will learn breath work and postures that will benefit you in your journey. This experience will be infused with essential oils that will be diffused throughout class, as well as provide you with education regarding how to safely use essential oils to promote your health and wellness. This workshop is designed for any level of fitness and all stages of pregnancy.

What should I bring to the event?
This will be a bring your own mat workshop. Any additional yoga props are welcome, but not required. You may also bring water to stay hydrated (which is especially important for pregnancy).
