Prenatal yoga will help prepare the mother for pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood. This class is designed to ease the growing pains associated with the different stages of pregnancy, as well as help prepare the body and mind for labor, birth, and motherhood. We will work on making the muscles strong yet supple, which will aide during childbirth, as well as in postpartum period. Relaxation, meditation and breathing techniques are also included. This is an all levels class, No yoga experience is necessary.
