This unique series uses various movement techniques including yoga, tai chi, and middle eastern belly dance techniques to help perfectly prepare your body to birth your baby.
This class specifically promotes movements that guide your baby into the optimal fetal position for a safer, easier birth!
All levels welcome. No prior experience necessary. This class is suitable for pregnancy and baby wearing postpartum women.
