Frequently asked questions

Where can I park?

There is a public car park directly opposite the store, which offers 1 hour free parking, alternatively there is parking directly outside the store for 80p per hour. Please note: all machines are card only, no cash accepted.

Do you have a fitting room?

Yes we do, only one - so please be prepared to wait

Can I return items if they aren't suitable?

We only offer exchange or credit note for items returned within 28 days with a valid receipt and tag attached. (The credit note lasts a year!)

What stock will be for sale?

Our 'usual' stock will be for sale (upcycled furniture, second hand clothing, bric-a-brac) plus a huge amount of handpicked premium donations, including: Premium clothing (designer or handmade) Vintage clothing, costumes, unique and special accessories. Plus! costumes from ITV's 'Dancing on ice!'

Will everything be expensive?

No! We will be offering a wide range of items, some premium (designer or new with tag) which will be priced a little higher, but mostly our prices for clothing range from £3-£10. The 'Dancing on Ice' costumes will be £10-£20

How much are tickets?

Tickets are FREE!
