Day 1: Mobility & Recovery


12 PM to 6 PM local time

Day 1 provides the base for understanding how to reduce injury risk long term and stay pain free. We begin with an introduction to Dr. Harden's Principles of Prehab and how to form a comprehensive prehab plan for yourself. There will be a short lecture on how to optimize recovery and manage stress in your training programs. We then go hands on with full body mobility and recovery techniques such as active mobilizations, stretching, self myofascial release. We'll finish with a little training technique and posture work as well as Q/A.

Day 2: Movement Assessment & Training Technique


10 AM to 6 PM local time with lunch break

Day 2 builds off of the foundation set in Day 1. Course attendees will learn Dr. Harden's anatomy, movement, and postural assessment in the morning session and, more importantly, how to prioritize the findings for each individual person. This assessment goes beyond the typical movement screening and helps you understand which findings are pertinent to correct and which can be set up as more long term goals. After assessment, we will cover how to implement mobility and strengthening correctives in order to improve movement patterns and take the individual from where they are and into proficient strength training.

In the afternoon session, Dr. Harden will take you through proper strength training technique for the major movement patterns (squat, hinge, lunge, press, row, overhead), how he coaches and cues the different lifts, mobility requirements for each, and regressions for those who may not be ready for the classic lifts or those who have injuries that limit them.

*The course days build off of each other so if you wish to attend Day 2, you must attend Day 1 first. So when selecting your tickets, if you pland to attend both days please add tickets for both to your cart.

*On the ticket selection screen, you will see a small fee attached. This is a service fee charged by EventBrite. It is a set percentage so the fee cost scales with the ticket cost. By not absorbing this cost myself, it helps cover my cost to travel to teach these courses rather than have you come to Orlando. If you wish to not pay these fees, you can sign up for one of the Orlando course dates, in which I take on the service fees.
