About this event

What to expect from the course..

Each week we will journey through breathing exercises beneficial to the process of pregnancy and labour. These techniques will help you find your inner calm and strength on this transformational journey. The mindful movement practices we explore combine a selection of modified classical yoga postures as well as specifically tailored pregnancy yoga sequences to help accommodate your ever changing body to allow a sense of spaciousness around your baby and bump.

During the course we will explore practices which help you tune into your body's natural wisdom. These practices are aimed to help you find a place of inner calm and develop confidence and empowerment on your own unique journey towards motherhood. This course is open to all levels of yoga practitioner, from complete beginner to advanced yogi. Pregnancy is a great time to reset and find a new rhythm to suit you and your baby.
