Being pregnant is an incredibly unique experience.

When balancing your changing body, hormones, worries, joys, new aches, relationships, responsibilities and looking to the future, it is easy to get caught up in the day-to-day or planning process.

An often-overlooked and critical part of pregnancy is making time and space for mindfulness and connection - with yourself, your partner, your loved ones and the baby you are nurturing every moment of every day.

Spend an evening with us to delve into tools to support this process of creating mindful connection, including essential oils, meditative practices and other simple actions that even the busiest mom-to-be can take!
