When & Where
Our desire is to develop athletic-based programs and community partnerships designed to support and impact families from the inside out. We are professionals in developing more than an elite athlete. It is our conviction that true change must come from within. Therefore in order to impact lives, we must address the moral foundations upon which those lives are built while simultaneously meeting felt needs. As an organization our goal is to develop well rounded student-athletes that are solid when it comes to the fundamentals. As a youth we were all impacted by associating with our peers through athletics and social gatherings at school. Over the years the ethics and moral fabric in our society has deteriorated leaving our communities operating with a lack of integrity and a shortage of trustworthy adults. As adults we allow career goals and starting families to be excuses for us neglecting our health. In order for those goals to be met we must be healthy individuals.
A group of coaches and parents came together because we saw a need to provide a comprehensive program which would develop much more than an elite athlete. We work with youth from 1st grade through post graduates using athletics as our vehicle. We believe that within each one of us resides the desire to be great. It is the community's responsibility to create unique opportunities and teaching tools to show our youth how to fulfill what resides within the InnerMan.
