Dr. A. Jay Burns has his private practice in Dallas and is a partner in Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute. He is board-certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Burns has chaired many laser conferences and is a noted national and international speaker and authority on lasers and cosmetic surgery, vascular anomalies, and birthmarks. He is the founder and director of the Vascular Anomalies and Birthmark Clinic in Dallas, TX. He has been voted numerous times by his peers to both D Magazine’s “Best Doctors” and Texas Monthly’s “Texas Super Doctors”. He has been featured on the Oprah Winfrey “Medical Miracles” show and has been a regular guest plastic surgeon on Good Morning Texas, WFAA-TV.
