Pre-Winter Escape - Yoga Retreat in Puerto Rico

Come and relish in the perfect Caribbean Retreat — blending good health with good living!

We will look to enjoy a morning and evening practice each day.Each practice will center around the idea of one of the elements; earth, water, sun, air, and space.

It'll be a fun way to explore our connection to nature and to allow for a more organic way of observing ourselves and restoring balance. In the afternoons you might want to relax at the penthouse, swim in the sea, take a contemplative walk on the beach or enjoy one of the many activities that Rincon has to offer.

Flow of the Day:  (Times can be adjusted by choice of the group)

Mornings begin on the terrace with a warm sea-breeze, a cup of delicious Puerto Rican coffee (or herbal tea), and peaceful moments. At 7:30 am we come together for a group meditation led by Douglass, followed by a Hatha yoga class.
Afternoons are free to lounge, siesta, swim and explore the gorgeous beaches, villages and sights around San Juan. We are happy to offer an additional yoga session if desired by the participants.
Evenings, end of the day we re-convene for a rejuvenating gentle and restorative yoga session under the setting sun.

Schedule of Daily Activities
7:30am-9:00am Morning practice Hatha yoga and meditation
9:30-11:00 Breakfast
6:30pm-7:45pm Evening practice Hatha Yoga and meditation
8:00 Dinner

Meeting / Departure:
Arrive any time in the afternoon, evening, or night on Sunday, Dec 1  (we will help you select a flight)
Airport pick up and transfer provided
Departure/ returning from Puerto Rico: Pick any flight leaving during the afternoon or evening on Thursday, Dec 5

Isla Verde beach offers a splendid choice of water and/ or beachfront activities, stand up paddleboard, kayak, surfing, horseback riding, rental bikes, and ATVs...   just to name a few...

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 60 days before the date of travel, you would receive a refund minus $200
If you cancel less than 60 days before the date of travel, you would receive 75% refund
If you cancel less than 45 days before the date of travel, you would receive 50% refund
If you cancel less than 30 days before the date of travel, you would receive 25% refund
If you cancel less than 15 days before the date of travel, there won't be a refund possible unless we find replacement for you !
