Description

When hearing the word "Yoga", what may come to mind are images of physical yoga poses or asanas; however, this is just a small portion of the practice. There are 8 limbs of Yoga. The third limb is Asana and the fourth limb is Pranayama (or awareness of one's breath). In this class, we will explore various breathing practices to support and enhance your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

These programs are FREE events; however, donations are welcome. All donations will be made to the Beebe Medical Foundation to support Wellness and Integrative Health programs in the community.
