Understanding and having confidence and direct experience of the key practices of pranayama is vital for any serious student or teacher of yoga.
This session explores the science of the breath and its potential for increasing vitality and longevity, to calm and focus the mind, and cleanse physical, emotional and mental disturbances. Explore the experiences delivered through certain breathing techniques and learn how to integrate them into your own practice and life. This workshop includes a 90 min practice followed by a short break and then a 2 hour workshop.
