When you look back at this time, what will you remember about how you chose to be? Discover Playback wisdom and tools that will help enhance wellness and resiliency in your personal or professional life.

Cequita Monique will lead us in improvisational movements and exercises that encourages us to ask ourselves, "What's the relationship between creativity and trust?" At Playback, we believe every situation that arises, whether good or bad, gives us an opportunity to use our curiosity. Join us and see what happens when you approach a situation with curiosity.
