When you look back at this time, what will you remember about how you chose to be? Discover Playback wisdom and tools that will help enhance wellness and resiliency in your personal or professional life.

This session will examine how we can use humor to relieve stress and unlock joy in our lives. You will be led in brief exploratory activities and have the opportunity to participate in reflections about what you learned. No acting experience is necessary, simply an interest in learning more about our art form.

A PhD candidate at the University of Toronto in Philosophy and Theology, he enjoys exploring ways to transpose his academic interests into experimental theatre (he is also a member of Our Own Voice Theatre Troupe) and creative writing. Bob also has a background in science, especially zoology, and is passionate about wildlife and habitat ecology and conservation. Married for 26 years, he and his wife, Christina, have three sons.
