A note on timings:

  • The core session runs from 11:00-12:30pm.
  • There will be an optional extra 30 minutes of practical exercises from 12:30-1:00pm, for those who are able to make it for the full 2 hours.

Are you a community or council leader, a funder or a property owner looking to support community-led regeneration?

Join us for a practical online session to help you seed a cross-sector partnership in your neighbourhood — to bring town centre buildings into long-term community use and ownership, and transform them for social justice and climate resilience.

Learn from people doing this work on the ground as well as facilitators of this approach at a national level.

You'll hear from:

  • Community and council leaders from neighbourhoods in London, Bristol, Newcastle and Liverpool City Region on the pilot Local Property Partnership programme (funded by National Lottery Community Fund).
  • Some of the people behind the national cross-sector coalition Platform Places, who are convening partnerships, building networks and helping secure resources for community asset developers.

There will be tips and examples, stories 'from the field', plus a Q&A and a practical exercise.
