In this lunch and learn, I am going to teach your different ways you can start making videos for your business.
Here are some of the agenda points I am going to cover:
- What is video?
How is video being used for business?
What kind of videos can you make without spending a lot of time and money?
What does the viewer want to see on your video?
Free tools you can start using today.
Practical ways you can make videos today.
I am going to be focusing on the practical side of things, so don't come prepared just to take notes. Come prepared to take action.
Will lunch be provided?
What are my parking options getting to the event?
There's lots of very convenient parking at The Railyard Parking Lot (at the end of W. Lewis Street) for $2.
There's free street parking on:
-East Lewis Street -- right across Elm Street (Free 2-hour street parking-free after 6pm)
-South Elm Street (Free 2-hour street parking-free after 6pm)
More Lots: There are also other inexpensive parking options within a block
-Elm Street Parking Lot (next to Boho Salon)
-Elm-Martin Luther King Jr. Parking Lot (next to the train tracks)
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
The name on the registration/ticket does not match the attendee. Is that okay?
When & Where
Hi! This is Daniel!
When I graduated high school (2006), I was fresh out of high school, single, and broke like a joke. Fast forward 10+ years and I am happily married with three kids. No cats or dogs though.
Work wise, I started in 2006 as a wedding videographer but then I was hired by a focus group facility to make an animated promotional video. Right then and there I fell in love with animation and from that point on I have been helping other businesses explain what they are all about with video. I have worked with big brands and small ones: TurboTax (Intuit), NAVY, AAA Partners, Time Warner Cable, among others small brands.
