Description
Practical Technology Tools is an online course designed to introduce the technologies needed to take a law practice, a mediation or arbitration business, or any client resolution and communication process online in an ethical, secure and efficient way, taught by instructors who have used and designed online dispute resolution systems for over 30 years.
The course features four live online lectures from Prof. Daniel Rainey and Prof. Larry Bridgesmith, renowned in the fields of online dispute resolution, practicing lawyers and mediators, authors, and instructors of mediation and online dispute resolution (ODR) courses at universities across the country.
Learn about tested online platforms and tools that can streamline you current mediation and dispute resolution practices. This course will walk you through common technologies you can use to take the normal functions of an ADR practice and adapt them for working digitally, including client intake, client narrative, document review and storage, information sharing, brainstorming, and agreement development, drafting, and execution.
