Live your daily life - your work, art, relationships, play, even your sorrow, pain, and suffering – as a continuous spiritual experience. Know the powers of spiritual practice as “medication” and for liberation.

Why limit meditation to time on a cushion or yoga to a class or half an hour on your mat? Why limit spirituality to a temple or shrine?

Whether you are a student or a certified coach or teacher, spiritual teachings can be confusing. Our goal is to go beyond intellectual, conceptual understanding to KNOWING with the heart, mind, and body and acting from that. Personal, Practical. Intentional. Perpetual.

Examples of Issues:

What does it mean to mindfully accept whatever comes? Why should I accept working at a job I hate under a detestable boss? How long does it take for the witness to appear and when will it become witnessing? What is inner peace and how to find it? Emptiness and non-self? How to use energy and skills to manifest health, happiness, and success while being free of attachment? How do we do without doing? How to work with difficult emotions without suppressing them? How to be loving and kind to people who really turn you off? What is spiritual community and what about my old friends and family?

The Self-Aware Living Dialogue addresses issues like these to bring spiritual practice into daily life. It is guided by George Pitagorsky, a teacher-facilitator with over forty years of continuous personal practice in Yoga, meditation, Tai Chi, and non-dual, Buddhist, and devotional teachings from masters.

We cut through confusion or misunderstandings that get in the way of experiencing the fruit of practice - inner peace, energy, clarity, flow, dynamic balance, health, and happiness.


We explore practical physical, cognitive, and spiritual practices to cultivate optimal living combining mindful awareness, flow, body awareness, concentration, caring, healthy relationships, rational expectations, and the wisdom of deeply knowing how things are.

We seek to go beyond belief and concept to craft a practical, personal approach to living a mindfully aware life. To do that, we seek to clarify confusion among the many techniques, paradoxes, philosophies, religions, and interpretations to insight, clarity, and meaningful results.

Learn to make mindful self-awareness and optimal performance simple, natural, and effortless. Become responsive rather than reactive. Experience flow, beyond belief and intellect. With practice, results come in weeks and continue to increase.

You learn to use everything that comes your way as fuel for the fire that clears the way to open-hearted clarity. Cut through confusion and resistance with insights you get from personal practice, dialogue, and exploration with teachers and fellow travelers on the journey to enlightened living.

The program is open to serious seekers. Those who seek a greater degree of peace, happiness, health, and effectiveness, and who are courageous enough to confront their inner workings using spiritual methods.

Whether you are new to the journey or you have been meditating, exploring your mind, and practicing yoga for years and still haven’t gotten what you are looking for, take the opportunity to learn with others who are on a path to dynamic balance and self-aware living.


George Pitagorsky has forty plus years of fruitful experience on a spiritual path while immersed in the material world of relationships and earning a living. An expert teacher and author, he shares what he has learned from personal life experience, study with some of the foremost wisdom teachers of our time, and deep practice in Yogic, Buddhist, Taoist, and non-dual traditions.

The program consists of 90 minute virtual sessions every other week. Recaps, short videos, and articles reenforce learning and make it easier to take the practice into daily life.

Come to one session, drop in from time to time, or attend regularly to meditate together, learn practices, and explore concepts and dialogue to confront practical issues and unfounded beliefs.

Practices include mantra, light but powerful physical exercises, guided meditation, music, and poetry.
