Dan Swift - VP @ Sprinklr

Dan Swift started his career in working capital finance in the late nineties with GE Capital in Sydney. The next 10 years were spent at Complinet leading sales organizations in London and New York before
Complinet was acquired by Thomson Reuters in 2011. LinkedIn recruited him as a member of the senior leadership team in 2012 where he launched LinkedIn Sales Solutions and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. During his tenure, he created the profile optimization program 'Resume to Reputation'. This program now forms the backbone of LinkedIn's recommendations to members on profile best practices. In 2015, Onalytica Research named Dan as one of the leading social selling influencers globally. Dan is now the VP Sales at Sprinklr. Sprinklr helps the world's largest brands do marketing, advertising, care, sales, research, and commerce on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and 21 other social channels globally – all on one integrated platform.

Dan is also CEO of Empire Social Media LLC and the creator of the Empire Selling methodology for digital selling. He is also on the advisory board of Insurance Thought Leadership. Dan is a former effective rugby player and current ineffective golfer. He is the father of a 2-year-old boy with another on the way, a self-proclaimed lover of Bud Lite Lime and America’s Got Talent.
