Janet Bray is the Chief Strategist and founder of Bray Strategies, offering a unique perspective and vision for best practices in connecting education and industry to create a skilled workforce. For over eleven years, Janet served as the Executive Director of the Association for Career and Technical Education, a nonprofit organization representing more than 30,000 professionals across the United States. In addition, Janet acts as a Senior Advisor to the National Association of Workforce Boards (NAWB) and has shared her expertise and knowledge on various Department of Labor (DOL) workforce training and apprenticeship grants, as well as in the development of the annual Forum.
