Ed Halloran

Instantly a devoted student of Nonviolent Communication after my first introduction to it in 2010 I feel excited to share these principles as an effective practice for taking compassion off the cushion,  out of the cave, monastery or church and into the relationships that matter most in our mutual and relative experience of life.

Empathy and compassion are the only tools I have found effective for resolving interpersonal and intrapersonal conflict. Though they may not work every time in every instance with every body they are the only stratagems to provide sustainable solutions in conflicts of any description in my experience.
