This is a two day practical training that will introduce non-IT people to the Agile way of working in general and Kanban method in particular.

Training approach: games, practical exercises, learning-by-doing, discussions, questions & answers.

Participants through the practical exercises and games develop shared understanding of Agile way of working, learn useful practices, work on vizualisation of their daily work processes and create Kanban boards that are ready to be used when they are back to work.
