In collaboration with the PEAL Center and George Washington University, the PPS Secondary Transition Department has been working to collect the stories on Secondary Transition services from youth with disabilities, families and stakeholders.  Now we would like YOU to help us create a plan to increase and enhance secondary transition services in the District.  Together we can discover potential, dream about what can happen and deliver an action plan that aligns with the goals of the District and Imagine PPS.
