Description

6 week powerlifting Workshop Wednesdays from 7-8:30pm. Learn how to move safely, efficiently and with proper technique. Learn a proper working weight for all three powerlifts: back squat, strict press and deadlift. This is a barbell lifting course. Except to learn, lift, gain strength and have fun. All levels of lifters are welcome!
