Alyssa has been practicing yoga for seven years and recieved her training in the fall of 2015 from CorePower Yoga Los Angeles. Alyssa aims to design each class in a way that any level can be successful and find a safe space in her room. Her students will learn to move to their own breath and tempo while focusing on alignment and still finding a great work out.
