Our Power Up Summer Programme is LIVE!
Being creative, moving and socialising is a great way to feel well and learning new skills can be fantastic for your self esteem - so we have planned a summer packed with it all, for free, for young people and young adults in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.
This session we will be using pyrography pens to create beautiful designs by singing and burning them into our material. All with instruction and supervision from not only our DBS checked team of wellbeing practitioners, but also from qualified pyrography instructors coming in especially for us!
This session will be for 16-25 year old young people - please see our other events for a matching session for 10-15 year old young people!
Support to finance and arrange transport can be discussed.

Participants must wear appropriately clothing and trainers for exercise and/or to possibly get dirty craftin, where applicable
