Just 7 years ago, I hit a wall with burnout in my personal and professional life, suffering from anxiety, depression, insomnia, and physical exhaustion. I did not have stress resilience skills and had patterns of the busy syndrome ! This is what lead me to YOGA! I AM your Meditation, Mindfulness, Mindset, and Yoga Psychology Coach!

Now I am on a mission to help others just like me who struggle to stay calm when life gets complicated and are suffering from anxiety, depression, insomnia, burnout, stress, and unhealthy behavior patterns.

The past 7 years of WiseMind Yoga has been a journey of deep self discovery, healing, and intensive training. There is a chapter of owning WiseMind Yoga Mindfulness, Meditation Center working with over 4,000 students, private clients, and running yoga teacher training.

To teach them to have samurai minds and apply the mindful stress resilience tools to let go of situations out of our control because our perception is what causes the stress. Helping clients to retrain their overachiever, driven, perfectionist, loud inner critic voice to practicing a pattern of a work life balance.

I lost the hearing in my right ear from a virus attack in 2016 and was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in 2017. I have used meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, yoga, emotion regulation, cognitive behavioral change, functional nutrition, and yoga psychology skills to strengthen my immune and nervous system, detox, and heal moving towards remission.
