Event description

Description

What does your posture say to and about yourself?

Discover the hidden language of your body posture, how you stand, walk and talk.

Bring awareness of how a good posture and body language, the silent language, may affect your mindset and relationship to yourself and others by concrete examples.

Join us to learn more about how to become more aware of your body alignment, starting with the core to build strength from within in this workshop by Helena-Alexandra, who works with body posture through fundamentals of Pilates and behavioral expert Moa Diseborn who has many years’ experience of working with groups to create affective communication. From this interactive lecture you will leave stronger, stand taller and be more aware of communication.
