About the Presentation:
Customers make the business world go ‘round, but in our busy, hectic work day we tend to focus on immediate “hair on fire” issues and problems causing us to lose sight of a larger vision for an ongoing customer experience (CX) culture. As the Experience Economy matures, what is your organization doing to set the pace as a CX leader and ensure sustained success?
Leaders understand it’s an ‘inside out’ job and engage employees in the process to improve experiences. Whether your customer is a called a “client”, “guest”, “vendor” or even “employee”, this roundtable session will allow focused time to share stories and discuss the tools & tips for improving your organization’s CX culture.
This program is valid for 1 PDC for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
