These classes provide a great way to improve your cycling performance over the winter by participating in a fun motivating power-based training program. By individualizing your training zones from your blood lactate test and utilizing the accuracy wattage output for power control, this program optimizes your time on the trainer!
We begin your program by customizing your training intensities based on the results from your initial physiological assessment. This assessment includes your initial blood lactate test, which will determine your individual training zones for the classes.
This registration is for Session #2 which runs from Jan 2nd, 2017 until Feb 10th, 2017.
