Join Pound Pro-Shantu Ealy- for a FREE rockstar workout 🤘🏾⚡️ every summer Wednesday at 6pm in Savin Hill Park! (by the basketball courts)There's usually some parking in the neighborhood and the red line (Savin Hill stop) is a 5min walk away!!

Please bring a mat, water and a rockstar, can-do attitude 😎🤩
