Join us for POUND classes in Salt Lake City! This is a great way to improve focus, boost your immune system, lower blood pressure, decrease chronic pain, anxiety, and fatigue — all while having fun!

Using Ripstix (lightly-weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising), POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. This is an exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga- and Pilates-inspired movements.

We will provide mats, cleaning wipes, and Ripstix. Wear clothing that is comfortable and easy to move in (e.g., leggings, yoga pants, or shorts, etc.).

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class to fill out a brief waiver and get settled.


This event is open to all Program Support Center staff.
