About this event
We will be holding weekly classes on Tues & Thur at 7:00 PM and Saturday at 9:00 AM weekly. Class size will be limited to 15 attendees so be sure to sign up in advance when you plan on attending. We will have sticks if you need them but encourage others to bring their own mats.
Classes are FREE with purchase of post workout shake, otherwise class is $5.00
