Event description
POTTYTUNITY is a Potty Training Book, home & virtual Consultancy Service. The company officially launched in July 2019.

About this Event

WHO WE ARE

POTTYTUNITY teaches parents, private and public sector organisations, the importance of early infant toilet training, as well as also assisting them with toddler toilet training. We do this by providing them the help, advice, face-to-face interactions and support in which they may require.

We focus on a less diaper reliant way of infant toilet training, to help minimize the absorption of chemicals in which children are exposed to through continuous diaper wearing. Our natural & safe methods, also help in reducing the environmental impact caused by disposable diapers.

THE POSITION

We are seeking committed individuals to expand our company profile, in order to help effective change, take place. Are you an advocate in helping to improve the environmental impact that disposable diapers are attributed to?

If so, we need driven individuals like yourselves, to take on the role of a toilet training consultant. In this role, you will be required to assist parents with their children’s toilet training needs, through more effective measures, by having their children better equipped for the educational institutions in which they choose for them to attend, or are currently attending.

This is predominantly a client facing role, where you would be expected to travel to the client’s home/preferred address in order to assess and assist them with their child’s toilet needs, with follow up emails/telephone/video calls.

This is a part-time commission role, based on performance, with travel expenses covered for client visits. We are hoping to soon have full-time positions available at a later date. We also have work from home positions available.

Although we are currently a London based company, we are working on having more roles available throughout the UK in the near future.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT

All candidates should:

• Be prepared to travel to the client’s home/preferred location

• Be prepared to follow up emails/telephone/video calls with clients

• Attend quarterly PottyTunity training workshops primarily in London

• Be prepared to attend training workshops which we routinely deliver to private and public sector organisations

• Have good writing styles, as you will be required to create a diary style blog for each client

• Have a very good understanding of the English language, although we welcome bi-lingual candidates

• Desirable: Individuals with a professional background in healthcare, child services or even if you are a mother looking for that extra bit of income.

• Hold a DBS licence (although this can be arranged for you separately) – due to the sensitive nature of the role (as you may have to handle young children)

• Be willing to advocate for environmental change

• Be professional, driven, assertive, intuitive, smart, courteous, polite and committed, as clients will send in feedback on the services in which they receive
