Event Details

 

This educational event, which is packed with learning activities that will teach students the core values of our ancestors,   provides opportunities to showcase student artworks, student cooked authentic cuisine, student decorated hall, theatrical presentation involving students, dance involving students, etc., and appreciate the best Peabody Middle School Students  best students in various subjects, as well as students who actively participated in the event.

 Ultimately,  the pre-event workshops and event will meaningfully showcase the involvement of local public school students and boosts their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social abilities thus improving academic excellence, cultural, literacy, ethnic/racial understanding, and a sense of identity in celebrating our mutual humanity within our communities. 

  Col. Underwood Sr., WEN's First board Chairman, has dedicated his time, in active voluntarism in our community, as the man with "AN EYE FOR TALENT" and a "COMMUNITY ADVOCATE", and has invested tremendously,  in the lives of many both far and near.

Job and Resource Fair 2:30pm 

Red Carpet - Meet The VIPs 5pm

 Play Presentation - (Two Sides of Glory ) 8:00pm

Grand Finale (Student Appreciation)

  •  50 Peabody Middle School students (10 best students per subject) 
  •  Students who actively participated in the preparation and implementation of the event
