Leaders can improve the quality of care their organizations provide, enhance operations and reduce disparities in access to services and outcomes for communities by guiding efforts to develop language access services across their organization. While language access development can take many forms, a concerted effort by an organization’s executive director or chief executive officer is likely to have the greatest impact.

Join us for a one of a kind discussion on the implementation, funding, sustainment, and evaluation of language services in government.
