Description

We are currently monitoring the situation and we will be sending out an announcement to update you about the new concert date soon.

Leave what you think you know about Greek music at the door.

Alkinoos Ioannidis breaks down cultural and language barriers with his world tour, which arrives at the Live Music Capital of the World – Austin, TX on April 10th.

This world-renowned Greek singer, songwriter, and composer, blends Cypriot and Greek music with elements of Byzantine, classical and rock music, while his vocals are delivered with the sort of soul and emotion that transcends beyond the confines of any language. Standout performances include The Metropolitan Museum of Art (NYC), Madison Square Garden (NYC), The Lincoln Center (NYC), Queen Elizabeth Hall (London), the Berliner Philharmonie (Berlin), and the Glazunov Concert Hall (St. Petersburg).

Popular with many ethnicities around the world, Alkinoos is known for his trademark vocals and his eclectic and intellectual approach to music. Following the troubadour tradition, he travels from city to city bringing thoughts, sensations, stories, and dreams that speak to what it means to be human. He will perform both original works and long-forgotten traditional songs. He has breathed life back into centuries-old lyrical masterpieces and reintroduced them to the world.
