Have you just given birth? Motherhood can be so physically taxing. You give, give and give. After birth the body has physical memories and holds on to experiences and stories around your birth. In this class learn simple ways to feel good in your body again and release any stress or negative stories from your birth experience.

This class is taught by Amber Person and Rebecca Harbour, 0 balancing instructor.

Rebekah is a birth doula, Zero Balancing therapist and teacher, Certified Massage therapist and yoga instructor. Over her 15 years in practice she has witnessed how amazing the human body is! She supports women through touch, movement, and mindfulness practices, to listen to their bodies and access their own innate body wisdom to support easier pregnancy, empowered birth experiences, and recover and transition post-partum.
