Event Details

We welcome your poster session proposals! A poster session is a display of student work for a project or activity. The display can be in the form of a poster, live demonstration, or both. Posters may be self-explanatory -- or presenters can be available to answer questions and give more information about the project or activity. The annual HCTM conference seeks a wide range of topics and ideas for preservice teachers and teachers from K-12.

Proposal Submission Guidelines:
When completing the Proposal Submission Form, you will be asked to include the poster session title (100 characters maximum) and a session summary (3-7 sentences or 750 characters maximum).

Primary Presenter Discount:
If your proposal is selected, the Primary Presenter will receive a 100% discount on the conference fee in effect at the time of registration. All additional presenters must pay 100% of the regular conference fee if they wish to attend the conference.
