Be prepared to sit or lie down after a brief intro. We will breathe for just over 20 minutes with a 10 minute singing bowl integration. This is considered a daily dose! Get ready for ultimate brain/body coherence.
Contraindications:
Do not do Kumbhaka/ IHT / hypoxic breath holds if you have:
- Pregnancy
- History of epilepsy / seizures
- Pacemaker
- Heart arrhythmia / irregular heartbeat
- Severe or critical diseases or infections that impair your ability to breathe
- COPD-II or COPD-III
- Organ failure or late-stage terminal illness
However, rhythmic breathing is good for everyone, and anyone can benefit from several rounds of rhythmic breathing.
