My understanding from both of these angles allows me to clearly see why many business owners are failing to make ends meet and do not have profitable businesses.

Just like everyone else, I too struggled for the first year in my business. I let all the lessons I learned from working in major corporations fall to the wayside thinking there was a different way to run my business.

  • I was unsure of the most effective ways to market myself,
  • I was trying to run a 10 lane super highway with all the different areas of “opportunity” I was focusing on

I was frustrated, burning out fast, and ready to throw in the towel. In fact, after the first year, I did throw in the towel and go back to work for another corporation. After only a few weeks back in the corporate world, I realized that it wasn’t for me anymore. I knew owning my business was the way to fulfill my dreams.

I left my corporate job for the second time, only this time, I got crystal clear on what to offer, I cut my super freeway down to 4 lanes, then down to 2, and I determined the best market for me to serve that would give them the most value using my knowledge.

Prospects can tell when you are stressed and you can sound desperate (and you may be desperate to get another sale). That’s when you can sound pushy and aggressive. You also are thinking from a place of lack and not abundance, you might even be inviting this from your thinking.
  • What you need to do to get high-end clients. There is a process to getting high-end clients. You just don’t get them overnight. You don’t take a magic pill and have big customers. You have to have a system and a way to nurture them. You have to know what you have to sell and how the sales cycle works to be successful earning their bigger investments.
  • How to deal with objections. Everyone gets objections and “no” feels like rejection which can bring you down. There’s a right way and a wrong way to deal with objections so you can close more deals.
  • How to have fun making follow up sales calls. The Gallop poll suggest people have a bigger fear of public speaking than they do death. I think they forgot to ask about making sales calls. Most people I talk to would rather die or speak on stage than make a sales call. I have 7 very effective tools to teach you to help make a follow up sales call easier, and perhaps even fun!
  • What you can do to build influence and get more prospects. People do not like to be sold, but people love to buy. You have to build a relationship with people for the high-end clients, and even to close some smaller sales. There are 1000s of choices when it comes to building influence. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach. You’re going to learn about balancing your efforts and create an effective system for you. From social media to speaking to networking, ane more.
  • How your mindset determines your success. Your attitude is the most important aspect of your success at sales. It’s actually the most important attribute to your success at LIFE. You’ll learn how outside and inside influences affect you, what do to create resilience, and take an attitude self-improvement evaluation to learn where you can improve. It’s eye-opening and you will learn how to improve your attitude, and your life, and your sales, immediately.
  • How to manage you team for success. You may have employees or you may have independent contractors like virtual assistants and social media people. If you have neither right now and want to significantly grow your business, you will eventually need some help. Most people have never managed others before and it can be the most challenging part of your role as a business owner.
