"Positive Psychology Capsules" is an online course in English that consists of 6 classes of 2 hours each and seeks to offer basic knowledge about the science of happiness, from its origins to the most recent research, following the model of well-being known as "PERMA". Positive Psychology studies in a scientific way the bases of psychological well-being and happiness, as well as human strengths and virtues. Positive Psychology was strongly promoted in 1998 by Dr. Martin Seligman, professor at the University of Pennsylvania, who was the President of the American Psychological Association during that time. With this course, you will be able to learn and practice the most relevant positive psychology interventions to promote long-term well-being. The classes are distributed as follows:

Class # 1: Introduction to Positive Psychology. The PERMA model. First element: Positive Emotions: Emotions, Emotional Intelligence, "Broaden & Build" Theory, Positivity Resonance.

Class # 2: Second element: Engagement: Flow, Mindfulness, Character Strengths.

Class # 3: Third element: Relationships: Circle of Control, Identifying Strengths in others, Self-compassion, Active-Constructive Response, Non-violent communication.

Class # 4: Fourth element: Meaning: Discovering your purpose, expanding your Strengths, appreciating the extraordinary in the ordinary.

Class # 5: Fifth element: Accomplishments: Wheel of life, Goal map, your best version, visualization. Resiliency.

Class # 6: Whole person Well-being = Wholebeing: How to promote each PERMA element, the spillover effect, scheduling my plan, 30-day Challenge, wrap-up.
