Event description
Parenting in a stressful world can be challenging and you are not alone. Join us to build your positive parenting skills.

About this Event

Positive Parenting Seattle's Co-founder and Facilitator Anne Granderson and UW-Harborview Pediatric Clinic Medical Director Dr. Abigail Grant are excited to help you:

  • Learn how everyday parenting moments build healthy, happy brains.
  • Understand how challenging behaviors say, “I need help!” and how you can respond.
  • Gain strategies for healthy sleep, feeding, and emotional well-being.

Knowledge of parenting skills and child development strengthens ALL families and our community. Join us in April, Child Abuse Prevention Month, in support of positive parenting.

Directions and Parking:

From Sand Point Way NE, turn onto Penny Drive and park for free in Lots 1 or 2 on the left (if full, continue up the hill to the Ocean parking lot). Follow the signs to the River Zone entrance. Register at the entrance desk to receive a badge sticker. Seating in the auditorium is open.
