Pose For A Cause: Yoga for Athletes

Description
Are you a runner, cyclist, crossfitter, kickboxer.... an athlete?! Regardless of what your sport is your will benefit from this 2 hour Yoga for Athletes class. In this class we will focus on common mobility issues athletes face and provide skill specific yoga poses tailored to the athletes body so YOU can take your sport to the next level.
We will focus on:
- flexibility
- core engagement
- coordination
- breath control
- yoga basics
You will have the opportunity to ask questions on the spot so that you leave understanding how to practice each pose properly for YOUR body.
Yoga for Athletes is being offered as a donation based class to support the SF AIDS Foundation. Suggested minimum donation is $25. For more information visit: www.tofighthiv.org/goto/ibike
VIP: Donors of $250 or more will recieve a 60 minute personal Yoga Training session.
