Join Chef de Cuisine Michael Ridell at our weekly Porta Blu Cooking Series for a variety of fun classes, tips and tricks to enhance your culinary journey or to just have fun.
This week we will travel to Italy where we learn how to make our own Pasta.
Flour, water and eggs never tasted so good! We will transform these three simple ingredients into some amazing pasta. You’ll learn how to knead perfect dough by hand, then roll it into sheets and cut out various types of pasta. We’ll also make filled pasta along with some simple sauces. Buon appetito!
